Two of the most important players on the pitch tonight in Napoli vs AC Milan will undoubtedly be Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for the hosts and Rafael Leao for the Rossoneri.
As has been highlighted by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via see photo below), Kvaratskhelia and Leao will both feel that they have what it takes to be the major talking point in this game, a battle that never quite ignited in the way many had hoped last season.
Any game that features both players in their best form promises to be a classic, but Milan will be hoping that only Leao manages to get among the goals at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona tonight.
Leao certainly started the season in much better form than Kvaratskhelia, but the Georgian has since refound some form and has been getting among the goals.
With Pioli wanting to see more goals and assists from Leao, this would be a great moment to assert some superiority over Kvaratskhelia.
If Rafa doesn’t change his mindset, Kvara will become a better player than him.
