GdS: Maldini presents €35m offer for Tonali as Inter’s pursuit fades – the figures

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have made a new offer for Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali in an attempt to snatch him from Inter’s grasp, a report claims.

According to Friday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive), Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are making concrete attempts to poach the 20-year-old.

The latest offer presented by Milan is the following: a paid loan of €10million with option to buy set at €25million plus another €3m bonuses. Furthermore, the Rossoneri club would also guarantee Brescia 15% of the proceeds from a possible future resale.

Inter had earlier offered a paid loan with obligation to buy set at €35million but now the Nerazzurri are focused on other market operations and the Diavolo are pushing hard from Tonali. From Casa Milan however, the general consensus is that the negotiation is not easy and therefore the outcome remains uncertain.

The player is a boyhood Milan fan and would probably find more playing time under Stefano Pioli.
