The market value of Davide Calabria continues to rise as he has had a real bounce-back season in 2020-21, according to a report.
After a difficult 2019-20 season that was disrupted by a combination of injuries, poor form and suspensions, Calabria has come back with a bang in the current campaign and is now one of the first names on the team sheet under Stefano Pioli, having made the starting right-back spot his own despite competition.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com), the market value of Calabria is €25m, which is significant when considering that he is a youth produce and therefore cost the club nothing.
The defender has been the protagonist of a great season and his price has gone up accordingly, but a sale does not seem to be on the agenda of the management any time soon as instead we are waiting for news on the renewal front.
I would sell Calabria, and buy a good right back
