Brahim Diaz could bid farewell to AC Milan halfway through his loan spell from Real Madrid despite Stefano Pioli’s wishes, a report claims.
Brahim Diaz’s season started in splendid fashion as he scored 4 times in the first 9 games which directly earned 9 points, but he never hit the same form again after suffering from Covid, losing his spot as the starting playmaker to Franck Kessie and then Rade Krunic.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan should meet Real Madrid in a few days to talk about the Spanish playmaker who has another year of loan left with the Rossoneri before a decision must be made on the option to buy.
Milan will decide whether or not to exercise that option and a few days ago Stefano Pioli made it known that he hopes Brahim stays at the club for at least another season. Talks between the two managements will be key.
