GdS: Milan could part ways with midfield outcast as Freiburg ready €8m offer

By Isak Möller -

Milan have managed to secure the services of Sandro Tonali, who was chased by many clubs this summer, but they are not done yet. However, to bring in one more midfielder, a few sales will be needed.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the names on Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara’s wish list are Tiemoue Bakayoko (pole position), Boubakary Soumare and Florentino Luis. Should one of them arrive, then one player could.

That player is Rade Krunic, as the newspaper continues, who arrived from Empoli for €8m last summer. The Bosnian hasn’t had many chances to shine and the Rossoneri could decide to cash in on him while they can.

Bundesliga side Freiburg are interested in the 26-year-old and are willing to spend €8m on his arrival, a fee that would keep Milan from making a loss. In addition to Lucas Paqueta, therefore, Krunic could be on his way out.
