GdS: Milan left impressed by Genoa forward but €30m+ is needed to sign him

AC Milan are still interested in signing Gianluca Scamacca as a possible new deputy to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, according to a report.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) writes how Scamacca was one of the players who was specially observed by Milan yesterday at San Siro. He is only on loan at Genoa from Sassuolo, and is in fact one of the target for the Rossoneri who – in view of next season – are looking for a deputy to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Unfortunately for him, yesterday he already gave great joy to all Milan fans with that own goal that gave the Diavolo three golden points in the Champions race. Before the own goal he had played a good game though, proving to be an interesting prospect for the future with his size and his movement.

His name is not the only one on the list of Maldini and Massara – who had already tried to sign him in January – and this testifies how highly esteemed the player is by Milan. It will not be easy to snatch him from Sassuolo who value him at around €30m, possibly more. It is a huge figure that could also rise further if other suitors arrive.

    Gianluca Scamacca ?? I think it’s just a joke.
No need to spend money on it. I think Belloti is still the top priority
