GdS: Milan left to pick between two Real Madrid playmakers as both will not arrive

By Oliver Fisher -

The arrival of Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid would likely exclude the signing of Oscar Rodriguez from the same club, a report claims.

Numerous sources are reporting that Milan have put their foot on the accelerator and are now closing in on completing the signing of Brahim Diaz on loan with option to buy.

There has been an abundance of speculation both in Italy and Spain that Oscar Rodriguez – another playmaker owned by Los Blancos – is a target for the Rossoneri too.

However, Thursday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports how the eventual arrival of Brahim Diaz would probably exclude that of Oscar Rodriguez.

The paper notes how Rodriguez is one year older (22) and in the last two seasons on loan at Leganes he has found the leading role that Diaz has been missing, implying that at Milan he would not get the same amount of playing time.
