GdS: Milan looking at two replacements for Donnarumma in case contract talks break down

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are becoming increasingly worried about Gianluigi Donnarumma’s contract situation and have begun to look at replacements, a report claims.

According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan), Milan have not yet found the right offer to convince Mino Raiola -the agent of Donnarumma – to renew his client’s contract, with seemingly no end in sight to the current saga.

This is why the management have begun to look at some alternatives to Donnarumma so they are not caught unprepared if talks completely break down. As a ‘Plan B’, the Rossoneri would bet on Juan Musso of Udinese, while there are some ‘whispers’ regarding the name of Emil Audero currently at Sampdoria.

Milan are counting on qualifying for the next Champions League to get Donnarumma’s green light regarding the renewal but time is running out. A signature is needed to stop the media frenzy and show that Donnarumma is committed to Milan.
