GdS: Milan player ratings for Lazio win – nobody scores below a 6

By Oliver Fisher -

A number of AC Milan players have attracted praise for their performance during yesterday’s win against Lazio at San Siro.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (as seen below) has their player ratings from the game, starting with the overall team performance which earned a 7 out of 10, as did Stefano Pioli for his game management.

The best player on the pitch for Milan was Theo Hernandez as he scored an 8 out of 10, while Davide Calabria struggled the most but he still got a 6.

Mike Maignan had so little to do that he was not given a rating, while Simon Kjaer and Fikayo Tomori each got a 7, as did the midfield pairing of Sandro Tonali and Rade Krunic.

Junior Messias got a 6 for his performance, with Ismael Bennacer getting a 7 and Rafael Leao not playing enough to get a rating. Olivier Giroud got a 6.5.

Alexis Saelemaekers received a score of 7, while Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw each got a 6.5 off the bench.

  1. Real pity that milan played badly against some teams in the lower half of the table and lost so many points!!!! Anyway we still need a very good attacker and goalscorer next year ….. hope maldini massara will soon do something about it …..
