GdS: Milan player ratings for win over Bologna – Ibrahimovic top, winger gets criticised

By Oliver Fisher -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the best player on the field during Monday night’s 2-0 win over Bologna, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Ultimately, it would be the Ibrahimovic show as the striker scored either side of half-time to take his tally to three goals for the season, netting with a trademark towering header and an even more trademark emphatic penalty.

Gazzetta’s player ratings (via MilanNews) on Tuesday have the Swede scoring an 8 out of 10 following his brace, while Gianluigi Donnarumma, Davide Calabria, Theo Hernandez and Ismael Bennacer also scored well with a 7.

Simon Kjaer, Franck Kessié, Hakan Calhanoglu, Ante Rebic, Alexis Saelemaekers and Brahim Diaz all received a 6.5, while centre-back duo Matteo Gabbia and Leo Duarte got a 6.

Samu Castillejo was the only one who received below an average grade: the Spaniard was awarded a 5.5 out of 10 as he was not decisive enough in possession.
