GdS: Milan player ratings for Lecce draw – trio criticised for their struggles

By Oliver Fisher -

It was another far from satisfactory night for AC Milan as they had to battle back from two goals down to earn a draw against Lecce.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (as seen below) has their player ratings for the game, with Milan’s overall performance only warranting a score of 5 out of 10, the same mark as Stefano Pioli got for his management of the match.

The best player on the park for the Rossoneri was Ismael Bennacer who was deserving of a 6.5 as per the paper, while Pierre Kalulu struggled the most and got a 4.

Ciprian Tatarusanu was awarded a 5.5, Davide Calabria and Fikayo Tomori each got a 6 and Theo Hernandez received a 4.5 to cap off the defensive department.

Tommaso Pobega received a 6, Alexis Saelemaekers a 4.5, Brahim Diaz a 6, Rafael Leao a 6 and Olivier Giroud a 6.5.

In terms of substitutes, Sergino Dest got a 6.5, Junior Messias a 6 and Divock Origi a 5.
