AC Milan are on the brink of reaching a total agreement over the signing of Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea, according to a report.
La Gazetta dello Sport are reporting that the negotiation for the defender is at the final stages and the signature could arrive in the next few hours. It will be a six-month loan with an option to buy, and the final hurdle to be resolve is bonuses, as well as the figure of the buy-out.
Interestingly, the article adds that the figure is destined to be just over €20m and not the €30m reported by most other sources. If everything goes smoothly, the signing is expected in the late evening or at the latest tomorrow.
The player is also ready to take a plane to Milan and immediately make himself available to Pioli, perhaps against Atalanta on Saturday.
It also mentions that Junior Firpo of Barcelona is close to joining too with updates expected on that front in the coming hours.
