GdS: Milan working on three fronts to sign reinforcements in three departments

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are working on three different fronts to strengthen three different departments but they are not finding any negotiation easy, a report claims.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan want to sign a centre-back to replace Alessio Romagnoli and the number one target currently seems to be Japhet Tanganga of Tottenham.

Milan should meet with his agent Roberto De Fanti in the coming days and have already started negotiations with Spurs, but for now there is no agreement on the formula as the Rossoneri want a loan with option to buy while Tottenham want an obligation. Evan Ndicka of Eintracht Frankfurt is an alternative.

Then, Milan also want to sign a new midfielder to replace Franck Kessie and Renato Sanches is seen as perfect man to fill that role. Yesterday, the Lille president confirmed that there are two clubs after the Portuguese international, namely Milan and PSG.

At Milanello he could find some of his former team-mates from his time France, such as Mike Maignan who is using his powers of persuasion on social media. Then, it is well known that Charles De Ketelaere is the man seen as the perfect profile for the No.10 role.

  1. We ain’t signing shit… Florenzi and Messiahs are our transfers this mercato, let’s all go to sleep. We may sign a prospect for the future in the mold of Lazetic but nothing more

  2. Milan are shit in this transfer market. How poor they are the champ yet can’t spend for a quality like cdk . Damn Milan good luck retaining the scudetto

    1. Scudetto? At this point we may struggle to finish in the top 4. We’ve been chasing CDK and RS for months just to find out that we’re not even close! RS doesn’t even want to play for us and Brugge sent Maldini home yesterday. What a joke.

  3. Ffs Milan… what is going on? Most other big teams have strengthened their squads a few weeks ago already.
What is this “loan with an option to buy” trying to save a penny. Not the way champions should trade.
    And screw Renato Sanchez.
