There are some injury doubts regarding Ismael Bennacer, Theo Hernandez and Ibrahimovic which are worrying, especially given that the result against Sassuolo means this is a game Milan really could do with winning.

Stefano Pioli obviously hopes to recover all three, but above all the Swedish striker who yesterday trained separately and therefore remains in doubt. There is uncertainty about his recovery, but also hope that he will be able to return soon to be a leader.

The muscle problem in the calf that kept him out against Sassuolo shouldn’t be anything serious, which is why the flame of hope of seeing him in the squad has not yet gone out, otherwise Pioli will be forced to field either Leao or Mandzukic.
