AC Milan square off against Inter on Sunday in what will be the biggest Derby della Madonnina in about a decade on paper.
The Rossoneri know that they must beat the Nerazzurri in order to reclaim top spot from their rivals after they lost it last weekend as they lost to Spezia while Inter ran out 3-1 winners over Lazio in a statement victory.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the only real doubt for Inter boss Antonio Conte is regarding the fitness of midfielder Arturo Vidal. The Chilean is expected to return to working at full capacity this afternoon or tomorrow, but is not likely to start.
Instead, Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic are expected to be in the midfield along with Christian Eriksen, as Stefano Sensi is not likely to be included in the squad due to another muscle problem.
An untouchable defence should see Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni form a back three with Achraf Hakimi and Ivan Perisic the right and left wing-backs respectively. In attack, Lukaku and Lautaro are eager to repeat their performance against Lazio with three goals and one assist combined.
Probable Inter XI (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Hakimi, Barella, Brozovic, Eriksen, Perisic; Lukaku, Lautaro.
