GdS: Probable Milan XI to face Fiorentina – four changes from defeat against Man Utd

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli will welcome some fresh legs back into his starting XI for today’s trip to face Fiorentina, according to a report.

In his pre-match press conference, Pioli shared his thoughts on the game against Fiorentina and the feeling within the squad. He said that he expects an ‘excellent’ season finale from his side, expressing great confidence.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports the Milan team that could take the field against Fiorentina. Donnarumma will be in goal protected by a back four of Diogo Dalot, Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez from right to left.

Sandro Tonali and Franck Kessie will be the central midfield pairing, with Alexis Saelemaekers and Brahim Diaz on the right and left wing respectively and Zlatan Ibrahimovic leading the line as the centre-forward, with Hakan Calhanoglu in the No.10 role.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): G. Donnarumma; Dalot, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Brahim; Ibrahimovic.
