GdS: Probable XIs for Cremonese vs. Milan – Bennacer-Tonali double pivot reunited

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will make changes to his starting line-up to face Cremonese compared to the team that beat Spezia, with some forced.

According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport it will be Ciprian Tatarusanu in goal with Pierre Kalulu right-back, Simon Kjaer and Fikayo Tomori as the centre-backs and Fode Ballo-Toure at left back given that Theo Hernandez is suspended after accumulating too many yellow cards.

The double pivot should be Ismael Bennacer and Sandro Tonali, with Brahim Diaz ahead as the central attacking midfielder. Junior Messias is tipped to start on the right, with Ante Rebic on the left and Divock Origi the centre-forward given that Olivier Giroud is suspended.

Probable Cremonese XI (3-4-2-1): Carnesecchi; Aiwu, Bianchetti, Vasquez; Ghiglione, Escalante, Castagneti, Valeri; Zanimacchia, Meité; Okereke.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Kalulu, Kjaer, Tomori, Ballo-Touré; Bennacer, Tonali; Messias, Diaz, Rebic; Origi.
