AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will opt for rotation tonight as his side look for three points against Cremonese at San Siro.
With Lazio and Inter to come after this game it is clear that Pioli has an eye on workload management, but Mike Maignan, Davide Calabria and Theo Hernandez should all start in defence. Malick Thiaw and Pierre Kalulu should come in for Fikayo Tomori (suspended) and Simon Kjaer.

In midfield it seems Aster Vranckx will get the nod from the first minute and will be partnered by Ismael Bennacer in front of the back four, with Charles De Ketelaere then the attacking midfielder.
Alexis Saelemaekers should start on the right with Brahim Diaz shifting to the left to give Rafael Leao a rest, and Divock Origi is down as the striker.
Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Thiaw, Hernandez; Vranckx, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, De Ketelaere, Diaz; Origi.
Probable Cremonese XI (4-3-1-2): Carnesecchi; Ferrari, Vasquez, Lochoshvili, Valeri; Sernicola, Meita, Castagnetti; Galdames; Okereke, Dessers.

I thought there is no italian in the team but cala’s there. Like vs salarnitana result a draw
Milan need compulsory 3 point no draw kaestelaere should not mess up or the kind of mistakes that he did against Roma
So it’s 0-0 again and for the final 15mins Pioli panics and brings in Theo, Leao, Giroud & Diaz and prays for a miracle.
Ah, two of the are supposed to play this time. But Theo & Diaz won’t help much when Leao & Giroud are on the bench and the “SuperDuo” Zerogi & CDK are wasting everyone’s time.
I don’t see how this lineup possibly scores. Unless Theo makes some incredible run. Interested to see Vranckx and Bennacer together, but this attack is not good. Pioli is not learning from previous games. Put your starters in and rest them at halftime. Waiting until you are down with 20 mins left is not the way to go.
