AC Milan are close to being able to announce the signing of Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid, according to a report.
According to Saturday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the negotiation for Brahim is at an advanced stage and the player is expected in Italy as early as next week to complete his medical and sign.
Los Blancos paid €17m to sign him from Manchester City back in 2019, and now they are ready to sell but maintaining a right to buy back, because Zidane strongly believes in the potential of the player.
It is therefore a deal very similar to the one that saw Alvaro Morata join Juventus, with Milan ready to loan Brahim with an option which is not yet known.
Brahim Diaz had a good number of offers, the paper claims, but he chose Milan. Medical examinations could be scheduled as early as next week.
