There seem to be no more doubts about Ralf Rangnick’s arrival at Milan, but first there is one last step to take, a report claims.
As La Gazzetta dello Sport notes (via MilanNews), the German must say goodbye to Red Bull, something which should take place shortly as the paper claims he is very close to parting from his current employers.
The next few days will be decisive, while everything has already been agreed between Milan and Rangnick such as the economic and technical aspects of his arrival. There is a three-year project on the table that involves investments in the summer market of at least €75million plus half of the proceeds from sales.
The dialogue between the 62-year-old and Red Bull also continues without major problems and the terms of the contractual termination will be defined in the coming days.
The severance pay is in the millions, so it is taking some time to reach an agreement between the parties, but the negotiation is going on smoothly and without major hitches.
Now we are waiting for the white smoke between Rangnick and Red Bull, while Milan waits in silence for the development of events, but everything suggests that next week may be the right one to definitively end the saga and begin a new chapter.
