There are more and more reports emerging that paint a bleak picture for Juventus and their hopes of securing European football next season.
As La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) explains, the 10-point penalty applied not long before the 4-1 defeat against Empoli might not be the only way Juve are punished, because UEFA are continuing to carry out its investigations and their sentence is expected in June.

With regards to the full-blown unsportsmanlike behaviour of the managers, there is an article of the European regulation which allows access to continental competitions to be banned.
Additionally, penalties for breaching Financial Fair Play can also lead to exclusion. It is no longer an unlikely idea therefore that Juve are given a European ban.
That is why it is essential for the Bianconeri to qualify this year, even if only in the Conference League, because they would start serving the ban immediately.
If they were to miss out, the ban would only kick in when they have secured a European spot. For example, they could finish seventh this season but in the top four next season and have to miss out on the Champions League, because that is when the ban would kick in.
Dont forget monza can qualify for european football if they win 2 left matches with juve being banned and milan, atalanta and roma also qualified.

Monza still have opportunity if juve banned and inter win UCL. inter’s UCL place in the league will go to the club below it in the league standings. So Italy will have 5 UCL representatives and 2 europa league.
I think I get what you’re getting at. I could be wrong but I don’t think that’s how it works. If Inter wins the UCL and they’re already top 4 then there’s no issue and no “moving down” European spots. The UCL spots come into play if they win and fall outside of the table for European spots completely, in which case then yes the other spot can go to Monza but mathematically it can’t happen as Inter cannot finish outside of a European spot. Lowest they can finish now is 5th as they have a better head to head with Roma who are currently 6th. Does this make sense?
Instead of Monza, Fiorentina can qualify through Italian Cup.
Or by winning the Conference League, getting through Europa League The same with Roma qualifying to Champions League

Hopefully next year we wont have to be scraping through the last two games of the seasons and relying on Juve being punished. Its not becoming of a club like ours.
I cant wait to see what uefa decides as a reasonable punishment for juventus but hope they get set back foir years to come because they have been benefitting of their cheating for years as well so they have it coming for them.
