The market value of AC Milan defender and top scorer Theo Hernandez has skyrocketed since his arrival in the summer, a report claims.
The full-back has been on the scoresheet twice in the past few days; his fifth goal of the season in all competitions coming on Wednesday night as he thumped home an effort from outside the box to make it 3-0 against SPAL.
His contribution against Udinese on Sunday was arguably more important however, as he showed amazing technique to fire a volley into the bottom right corner after a corner had been cleared.
The Frenchman now has six goals for the season in all competitions and seven goal involvements (goals plus assists) in Serie A – both the most of any Milan player.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport – as cited by Calciomercato.com – Hernandez has seen his market value increase drastically since his €20m arrival from Real Madrid in the summer.
The newspaper claims that Hernandez is worth at least double: a minimum of €40m.
