AC Milan can breathe a sigh of relief as Fikayo Tomori has avoided an injury but he will not be available on Wednesday night, a report claims.
As reported by this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan), there were some fears about Tomori’s condition when he went off on Saturday evening at half-time during the game against Roma.

Thankfully he has not sustained a serious injury, but he will still not be available for the game against Cremonese on Wednesday after the booking received against the Giallorossi for a foul on Andrea Belotti in the first half.
He and Simon Kjaer should therefore be given a rest against the Grigiorossi, meaning Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw should form the heart of the Rossoneri rearguard.
Then, the English defender should hopefully be back and in full fitness for the crucial upcoming games against Lazio in the league and Inter in the Champions League.
