Sandro Tonali’s development took a huge step last season in the Scudetto win but there is even more room for growth, according to a report.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) recall that Milan improved a lot last year up to the conquest of the Scudetto and one of the protagonists was Sandro Tonali. The midfielder completely transformed compared to the previous season, when he suffered some growing pains after his move from Brescia, becoming a fundamental piece of Milan.
Tonali boasts 101 appearances for Milan with 6 goals. After the lockdown due to the Covid pandemic the team seemed to take a big jump, and they could do it again in a similar way through the Dubai training camp.
Now the Rossoneri are no longer outsiders, but started as favourites for the Scudetto. Now there will be a need for the personality of a great team with young players, such as Sandro Tonali, called upon to follow the example of players like Giroud, decisive both with Milan and with France.
