AC Milan are already closing in on being able to announce two signings in the January window, according to a report.
It has been well documented that Milan are in the market for a centre-back to compliment the current group which includes Kjaer, Romagnoli, Gabbia and Kalulu, while there has also been talk that a defensive midfielder could arrive to give Pioli four natural options in that role.

With regard to Milan’s January transfer market, today’s edition of Il Giornale (via MilanNews) reports that the Rossoneri club are almost ready to close a double blow.
The first is for central defender Mohamed Simakan could soon arrive from Strasbourg, though no figure is mentioned, while the second is perhaps a surprise in Barcelona midfielder Riqui Puig, with the 21-year-old having been linked over the last few days.
