Attention has turned to AC Milan’s Champions League quarter-final first leg against Napoli, and some predictions have arrived regarding the team.
According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Stefano Pioli will revert to the team that he used during the 4-0 win over the league leaders last Sunday, with Mike Maignan in goal and a defence of Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez ahead of him.
Rade Krunic and Sandro Tonali will be in the double pivot with Ismael Bennacer in a slightly more advanced role, while Rafael Leao and Brahim Diaz come back in on the wings and Olivier Giroud should be up front.
Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Diaz, Krunic, Leao; Giroud.

For Luciano Spalletti’s side, a 4-3-3 is expected with Meret having Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Kim and Olivera ahead. Anguissa, Lobotka and Zielinski are predicted to be the midfield trio, with Lozano, Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia the front three.
Probable Napoli XI (4-3-3): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Kim, Rrahmani, Olivero; Anguissa, Lobotka, Zielinski; Lozano, Osimhen, Kvaratskhelia.

Kjaer can’t play vs Osimhen, that will be mistake,he is to fast for him
kjær isnt as dependant on his speed but more on his positioning and reading of the game. Dont forget that kjær has pocketed many fast players and would offer experience in as important matches like those coming up he will also offer much needed leadership on the pitch. Besides of that he also offers great long passes that can help us make fast counter attacks as well.
