Journalist claims Milan are still pushing for Chelsea’s Ziyech – player would accept move

AC Milan still hope to be able to sign Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea before the end of the transfer window, according to a report.

Carlo Laudisa – a journalist for La Gazzetta dello Sport – spoke on Carlo Pellegatti’s YouTube channel (via MilanLive) about Ziyech, confirming that he is Paolo Maldini’s ideal target for the attacking department as he can play both as a right winger and as a playmaker.

The player too would like a move to Milan but it seems that it would have to be a loan operation, something possible only towards the end of August if the Blues do not find another solution first.

Milan are moving with caution, knowing that the arrival of the Morocco international would allow the attacking department to make a leap in quality given his experience in the Champions League, a competition the Rossoneri will return to for the first time in seven years.
