Journalist claims Milan ‘could consider’ January move for Chelsea outcast

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan have been struggling with quite a few injuries at the start of this season and a few reinforcements could be made in January. One of the players on their radar is Chelsea outcast Hakim Ziyech, a report claims.

The Rossoneri currently have both of their right-wingers out with injuries and in the last few games, Rade Krunic and Brahim Diaz have played in that position. Even though Milan have shown their strength in the crisis, it’s not sustainable.

Therefore, a few reinforcements could be made in January to strengthen their chances in the Scudetto race and hopefully the Champions League knockout stage. According to Nicolo Ceccarini in his latest TMW editorial, Ziyech is an option.

He stated that Milan ‘could consider’ making a move for the Morrocan with a loan formula. Talks are still at an early stage (from the summer) but it’s an option that cannot be underestimated for Milan.

Ziyech has struggled to impose himself this season and has been pretty heavily criticised by the Chelsea fans. A loan move might be on the cards, therefore.
