Marca: €60m flop destined for Real Madrid exit – Milan, Arsenal and Dortmund keen

By Oliver Fisher -

Luka Jovic’s time at Real Madrid seems like it will come to an end in the summer and AC Milan are among the teams interested, a report claims.

Marca report that the striker is not part of Carlo Ancelotti’s plans even though he wanted to sign him when he was at Napoli, so the forward will look to leave Los Blancos in the summer and there is no shortage of potential suitors.

The report adds how several potential suitors have inquired about Jovic’s situation with Arsenal and Everton having expressed their interest back in January. Milan have emerged as a potential suitor too, with Borussia Dortmund also monitoring his situation. However, the Bundesliga side’s primary target, in the event Erling Haaland departs the club, is RB Salzburg’s Karim Adeyemi.

Jovic joined Real Madrid back in 2019 for €60m and his contract runs until 2025, which means that because of the pending amortisation, a permanent deal seems unlikely. A loan is now the most likely hypothesis, with Real open to including an option to buy.
