It seems as though AC Milan fans will have to wait to see the latest signing Junior Messias in action as he is not yet training with the squad.
MilanNews state in a report how preparation is continuing for Sunday’s match against Lazio at Milanello and there was a session at the training ground this morning as preparations gear up with the return of certain players from their national team commitments.
It is interesting to note though that Junior Messias once again did personalised work and has not yet trained with the squad since his deadline day arrival from Crotone. We have learned that it is simply a matter of getting his condition to improve before he is able to carry out work with the team.
Messias was a little behind in preparation and Pietro Pellegri also had to do his preseason all over again but he arrived at Milanello a few days earlier.
Meanwhile, Sandro Tonali was the protagonist of a tiring workout and Zlatan Ibrahimovic worked in a group too, to which there will be more returning players to add tomorrow.
