As time progresses, the Rossoneri are conitnuing to evaluate the idea of signing Rasmus Hojlund, who left Atalanta two summers ago to join Manchester United. Since, he has failed to really hit the ground running, and could leave for Italy this summer.
‘Juve-Milan for Hojlund’
As La Stampa write, via MilanNews, the Dane is being courted by both the Bianconeri and the Diavolo, with both considering their options. Santiago Gimenez and Dusan Vlahovic are not certainties in either case, so the mercato is being studied.
So, this could lead to both fighting over the out-of-favour striker, with the headline reading that it is between the two for the former Atalanta man. Considering Milan’s interest in Vlahovic, perhaps this could be a tactic to aid their bid for the Serbian. We shall have to wait and see.
Why on earth would they want to simultaneously pay for David, Kolo Muani and Hojlund? Assuming they can get out of the 40M they’re on the hook for with Vlahovic (salary and remaining transfer fee). I’m not buying it.
All these articles are fake that’s why. Hoijlund in my opinion is one of the worst strikers in th PL. He’s got a poor touch, no technical ability, way worse than Giminez. For me the best option that I think would fit good in serie a is Mateta. I would prefer even vlahovic to this flop

I don’t think he’s a bad player at all, he’s a player with plenty of good features and the hyperbole undermines your argument. But Juve have no real need for him at the moment. Man Utd have more need.

i dont know man… he was pretty good at Atalanta and to be honest, every player looks bad at ManU. It’s a mess of a club. I cant remember the last time a striker flourished at United.

I think he was signed more for “potential” than what he actually delivered, however he hasnt lived up to that potential so far.
We certainly wouldn’t be buying someone who guarantees goals, so I’d be ok buying him as a rotation option but not our main striker
Just dont take Ramos from PSG,guy always have problems to stay fit and he not good attacker at all
I hear ya on the injury/fitness levels but he does have a decent goals/min ratio (he used more of a sub than starter)

Hoijlund makes considerably less and could be gotten on loan conceivably so it will likely come down to cost. Hes younger so resale later if he performs would be far higher. Dusan has shown to be a bit of a primadona. Want skill plus squad cohesion.
I would not judge any player based off their time at Man Utd. This version of Man Utd are the very best at destroying good players. Making players look like shadows of their former selves has become routine business at Utd.
