Juventus head coach Thiago Motta wants as many players back as possible for the visit of AC Milan on Saturday, with a ‘big victory’ targeted.
Last night’s results went Milan’s way as they came from behind to beat Com 2-1 away from home, while Juve also played in Lombardy at the Gewiss Stadium against Atalanta, drawing 1-1 despite going a goal up.
The Bianconeri will be looking not just to re-established the gap in the table but also get some revenge. As a reminder, Milan began Sergio Conceicao’s tenure against Juve, engineering a second-half comeback – just like last night – to reach the final.
Speaking at a press conference after yesterday evening’s draw against Atalanta, the Juve boss looked ahead to Saturday’s game at the Allianz Stadium, giving some credit to Conceicao’s side too.
“I would like to see all my players fit to face Milan. This would be a very positive situation. As a coach, I know the effort of these players, the desire to do, to fight, to play well,” he said (via MilanPress).
“Now we have two or three days to prepare for a big match against a great team. We have to recover, prepare and get a big victory.”
OK, Motta, before you dream of a big victory against us, you might think of fixing whatever is making your team draw 13 times already this season. Just then and there, those are 26 dropped points.
Chill boy, don’t be intimated. He is motivating his own players. You don’t need to think about their draws. Focus on our team
Juve haven’t been intimidating since Ronaldo’s first season
Say that to Fonseca who wet his pants so badly he forbid Milan from attacking against a Juve with half of the squad missing. AT HOME FFS!!!
Get a big win over Lecce and Venezia first ,Mr Draw
