The armband…
Of course, the Frenchman wears the armband, and he has done so regularly in recent years. However, if he leaves, that spot will become vacant. At present, considering the lack of suggestions about a renewal, it seems that this will remain the case, and it will need a new owner.

There is no question that Leao is a great player and even though he has been given the opportunity before to wear the arm band I simply cant see him ever becoming captain material. In fact he would probably be one of the last players that I would consider become captain.
Not sure why we keep forcing a round peg into a square hole. Leao isn’t a captain. Leave him alone.
How if..selling Leao and try to buy Koobie Mainoo and Zirkzee of Manchester united a
1- Leão has been tried as a captain for a couple of games last season.
2- He is simply not captain material, period. I’d even pick Bartesaghi ahead of him.
