Rafael Leao is ready for his adventure with AC Milan. Having already played in one game, the Portuguese striker was presented along with Bennacer and Duarte this morning at Milanello.

On the expectations: “I’m happy with the start, but I try to work with great humbleness and listen to everyone. I have to concentrate on what the manager tells me.”

On the feelings: “As soon as I arrived, I was very well received. I’m really happy to have the opportunity to be part of this great club.”

On the pairing with Piatek: “I hope I can assist him a lot, I really like playing with the team. Scoring goals is nice, but playing with the team is just as important to me.”

On the role of second striker: “The position is decided by the coach, I’m a player who really likes to assist and move a lot in attack. I can play as a second striker as well as a pure striker.”

On choosing Milan: “It is a dream to be here, the people of this club have made the difference, they have shown that they strongly believe in me and want me.”

On the comparison with the Brazilian Ronaldo: “A somewhat uncomfortable comparison: he is a great player, I have to work hard to get to that level. I like to move, play with the team.”

On the need to be tactically disciplined: “In Italy, it is different from Portugal, tactically the teams are much stronger. I have to improve and perfect my game.”
