L’Equipe: PSG enquire about star Milan defender – the Rossoneri’s two-part response

By Oliver Fisher -

Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has asked AC Milan for information regarding the availability of Theo Hernandez.

That is according to Thursday’s edition of L’Equipe (via Calciomercato.com), who report that Leonardo enquired about the French full-back, who arrived last summer from Real Madrid for €20million.

Milan’s answer was clear and came in two parts: the first is that their valuation of the 22-year-old is less than €50million and the second is that they have no intention of selling the full-back before 2021.

This is a scenario, the report highlights, which not unwelcome to the Parisians as Juan Bernat’s contract is set to expire at the end of next season.

Theo Hernandez has of course been one of Milan’s star performers this season having netted six goals in all competitions, and he would surely be useful to prospective next head coach Ralf Rangnick who likes young, talented and intense players.
