AC Milan are planning on loaning out two talented young forwards for the 2022-23 campaign to further their development, according to a report.
There has been some speculation that either both or one of Marko Lazetic or Lorenzo Colombo could stay in the squad next year to be the third/fourth striker under Stefano Pioli’s orders, but it now seems an unlikely scenario.
According to what is being reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Lazetic and Colombo both seem destined to leave on loan for next season so they can get greater playing time at a crucial stage of their young careers.
The former arrived at Milan from Red Star in the last January window but he had to catch up in terms of condition and then he went to gain experience with the Primavera side, having made just one senior appearance.
Colombo, on the other hand, has already spent this season on loan at SPAL and has scored six goals. The expectation for both is a loan to a Serie A side.
