CM: Maldini working under cover as Poland international is in Milan’s sights

AC Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are working under the radar on some targets and it seems that Jakub Kiwior of Spezia is on the list.

Calciomercato.com reports that Milan are planning their next operations for the future with the aim of giving Stefano Pioli not just a starting line-up but a squad capable of becoming increasingly competitive in Europe, and Jakub Kiwior appears to have fallen on their list of objectives.

In terms of his profile, Kiwior fits Milan’s project perfectly and it is no surprise the links have emerged again after MilanNews reported in August that the Rossoneri managed to obtain the right to first refusal on the Poland international.

He is 22 years old, strong from a physical point of view (1.90 metres tall) and left-footed. Milan have been following him for a while and the Ligurian club value him €10-12m currently, but Roma are also keen and in the summer he was also one step away from West Ham.

However, he made the decision to continue his path with Spezia in order to keep growing and developing, but a good World Cup in Qatar with Poland could also see his value rocket.
