Another Premier League club have joined the list of teams interested in signing Rafael Leao from AC Milan this summer, a report claims.
PianetaMilan report that Milan want to renew the contract of Leao but it will probably require an investment of €40m in net salary plus commissions to his entourage and that is why negotiations are difficult.
If the summer arrives and a renewal has not been agreed then there are clubs circling ready to take advantage such as Manchester City, Real Madrid and PSG. However, there is another top club who are keen in Manchester United.
Their idea is to put Leao alongside Marcus Rashford and form a fast attack, but it will cost United a lot of money to do so as the Portuguese forward has a €150m and the management do not want to deviate too much from that value.
With a contract expiring effectively just a year later, that amount could go down a bit, but not by much. It is also worth remembering that 20% of the proceeds from Leao’s possible exit will end up going to Lille, as agreed back in 2019.
If they offer £150m, bite their hands off! I’d frankly be more than happy with half that amount. Get him sold asap.

150M was a bit high prize after a Scudetto season but with 1 year left even 100M would be high, doubt anyone will pay that. If we stay at the facts and not the hype, the biggest offer from Chelsea was 70M. I think we will get 60/65M, just don’t let him leave at 0

Sell Leao and get Mike Tresor
I’m not sure he would really pair well with Rashford. He’s a winger-attacker, left-sided, pretty similar to Leao. They need a complete striker. I can think of several better options for them.
Sell him then sign Lois Openda

Dont be delusional . No club in europe want to pay 150m euro for leao , not even 100m euro . His goal & assist low number. AC Milan lucky if some stupid EPL club pay 80m euro for leao and 20 percent go to lille ( 16m euro ) , so AC Milan will only get 64m euro nett . Worst case he will leave free transfer in 2025 if he success tricked management with false hope to renew like kessie did
