As has been reported by MARCA (via Milan News), there is a massive appetite in the USA to see teams like Milan and Real Madrid in action.

The pre-season friendly is part of the Soccer Champions Tour, where the Rossoneri will be facing Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus.

The game against Real Madrid, kicking off at 04:00 CEST on Monday, takes place at the Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena, California.

The game could give Milan fans a chance to look at some of the many new transfers with the likes of Marco Sportiello, Luka Romero, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Christian Pulisic and Tijjani Reijnders all able to feature.

Noah Okafor is travelling to the USA but is not expected to feature so soon, but he could play in the next game against Juventus.

  1. The Primavera defence is garbage, they only know how to attack, but that doesn’t mean they can’t improve under a different coach. Even the Italy U19 team that won the Euros had a leaky defence. Defence is about concentration, anticipation and decision making. That comes in time. Athleticism can mask these deficiencies.
