Mediaset: The details of Japanese midfielder’s potential Milan contract

By Euan Burns -

Japanese midfielder Daichi Kamada could be set to join AC Milan very soon and he could be set to sign a three-year deal with the Rossoneri, a report claims.

As has been reported by Sport Mediaset (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are set to beat the competition to sign the Japanese player on a free transfer.

Kamada is an incredibly talented attacking midfielder and he is going to be leaving Eintracht Frankfurt at the end of this season when his contract expires.

Milan have certainly not been the only team trying to sign Kamada and one of them was Napoli, the new Serie A champions. It is good work from the Rossoneri to beat them to his signature, should the deal go through.

If it does, Kamada will be on a three-year contract at Milan and he will be earning €3 million per season. That figure could be offset by losing Ante Rebic who is paid the same figure.

  1. Welldone it will boost team performance and revenue commercially. Some said he’s not really great but at least he’s more confident on the field than some others

  2. Hope he turns out to be another maldini master stroke. Free agent and 3 mil per season= equals awesome ( if he truns out a good player) Hope he perfoms on the pitch well. Haven’t followed him that much honestly. But read that he was on high demand from various clubs.

  3. Milan needs to get a few more consistent workhorse that can get the job done against mid-low tier workers. We have too many “star” players who show up only key matches. Had Milan won a few more of those mid-low matches, we might not be battling 4th place qualification
