Mediaset: Inter ready bid for Milan target Tonali after abandoning pursuit of €80m Man Utd star

By Oliver Fisher -

Inter are ready to make a serious offer for Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali, a report claims, who continues to be linked with a number of clubs including Milan.

As MilanLive notes, Tonali continues to be at the centre of a lot of speculation related to the summer window, but there seems to be no outright frontrunner in the race for his signature.

In Italy practically every big club have been linked: Juventus , Inter and Milan have long been on his trail and are ready to challenge each other, while abroad PSG and Real Madrid are thinking about a move.

Cellino said that Tonali himself will choose his destination and for this reason there is the hope that his heart – as a true Rossoneri fan – will prevail in the end.

According to SportMediaset, however, Inter have abandoned their pursuit of Manchester United man Paul Pogba due to his €80m asking price.

As a result, they are ready to offer Brescia €20-30million plus young striker Andrea Pinamonti, who the club will buy from Genoa for €18million. For Tonali, a contract worth €2million per season.
