Mediaset: Milan remain in talks over potential €25m double coup

AC Milan are continuing to work on two more signings have virtually closed the arrivals of Marco Sportiello and Daichi Kamada, a report claims.

Claudio Raimondi reported on SportMediaset (via MilanNews) reported this afternoon that Milan are looking for a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and they believe Marko Arnautovic of Bologna has the right experience and physical profile.

However, the Rossoneri do not want to invest more than €5m for the 34-year-old Austria international precisely because of his age, while the Emilian side are asking for double, therefore around €10m.

Meanwhile, the same journalist added that contacts between Milan and Chelsea are increasingly frequent over Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who will leave the London club because he is not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans.

His current deal runs out in June 2024 and Milan are hoping to agree a fee of less than €20m, but at the moment Chelsea are continuing to ask for €25m to sell their academy graduate.

  1. How about a big NO for both of them? One is way to old, one is way to fragile. I would rather invest the money in two young Gen Z wildcards.

  2. Loftus i can live with but this arrogant player called Arnautovich who abuses other players on national basis does not deserve to wear the sacred Milan jersey. Please dont, he is not an I from Ibra.

Let us go after quality players please, sick of players that when they come on you hope they ua e a good day.

We are Milan, need to think like Milan. I would not allow Arnauti to clean shoes of primavera let alone to play for us
