Mediaset: Milan looking to offload €8m man and finally seal deal for Chelsea outcast

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan could use the sale of Rade Krunic to finance the arrival of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Chelsea, according to a report.

Numerous outlets are suggesting that the Rossoneri management are on the hunt for one more midfield signing to complete a department that already has Franck Kessie, Ismael Bennacer and Sandro Tonali.

According to SportMediaset (via MilanLive), Milan see Bakayoko as the ideal player to compliment the aforementioned trio, but to see the Frenchman return there would need to be a player sold first.

The first suspect is Rade Krunic, and Torino boss Marco Giampaolo has told his management that would like the Bosnian at all costs.

With the departure of the former Empoli man, the Bakayoko affair could also be unlocked, while it is worth noting that Freiburg have submitted an offer of €8m for Krunic too.

Chelsea at the moment are not offering discounts and continues to ask for €30m option to buy on Bakayoko, while the player wants €6m gross salary. The Rossoneri are pressing and hope for a discount, but also continue to evaluate the names of Soumaré and Florentino Luis.
