There was a message on AC Milan’s dressing room wall ahead of the game against Napoli in the Serie A to try and motivate the players, a report claims.
As has been reported by Milan News, a video has been released by the club which showed the away dressing room at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
In that dressing room, a message had been put on the wall by someone in connection with the Rossoneri.
The message, written in English as well as Italian, read ‘never give up’. It is not clear whether this is something that the team does at every game but if not, they may want to start doing it.
The Diavolo won the game 4-0 against all the odds with two goals from Rafael Leao, one from Brahim Diaz and another from Alexis Saelemaekers.
The two sides face off again on Wednesday night in the Champions League quarter-final first leg.
