Talented young midfielder Dariusz Stalmach has arrived for his medical with AC Milan ahead of his move, a report claims.
As has been reported by Milan News on Twitter, the Górnik Zabrze attacking midfielder is also having his medical at the same time as German defender Malick Thiaw who is being signed from Schalke 04.
Born in 2005, Stalmach is just 16 years old and Milan were one of many big teams that were seriously vying for his signature. The likes of Juventus and AS Roma in Serie A were also in the hunt for him. There were many teams from abroad in the running too.
He has made 22 senior appearances despite his young age which is a testament to his immense talent. He is set to join up with the Primavera side and he will develop there until the time comes when he can break into the first team or head out on loan.
On the way into his medical, he was captured saying: “Happy for this new challenge, I will play in the Primavera.”
