Sky: Milan have an eye on the future and are admirers of Frosinone star

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are closely following central defender Federico Gatti who continues to impress with Frosinone in Serie B, according to a report.

According to what is being reported by Sky (via MilanNews), Milan are following the Frosinone centre-back, who is currently 23 years old of age and has made 17 league appearances for the Ciociara this season, scoring three goals for a side who are still in the mix for promotion back to Serie A.

They go on to add that Gatti’s performances have impressed the scouting department, and it goes to show that Milan are not just considering profiles who can come in and immediately provide a boost in quality to the starting line-up, but also profiles with potential but who know Italian football well.

No asking price is mentioned by Sky, nor is there any indication whether it would be a January move or a case of waiting until the summer
