CM.it: Milan and Arsenal monitoring Man City forward as Guardiola wants a revolution

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of the teams interested in signing Raheem Sterling whose future at Manchester City remains uncertain, a report claims.

Calciomercato.it reports that Sterling is one of the players most closely monitored by several major clubs because his performances have been increasingly inconsistent and he has been relegated to a role off the bench in recent weeks.

Pep Guardiola would like to ‘revolutionise’ his attack in view of next season at Manchester City with links to the likes of Erling Haaland, and that could mean that Sterling is bumped further down the hierarchy and could get even less playing time.

One of the Italian clubs that are monitoring the situation of Sterling is Milan as Paolo Maldini is also evaluating the English forward to significantly reinforce the attacking options available to Stefano Pioli, while the report goes on to mention that Mikel Arteta would like him at Arsenal.

  1. Expensive mercenary. Left 6 times CL and 19 times EPL winners Liverpool to join City, and now Liverpool is wining titles again. Now he is being relegated to the bench at a club that buys a new player for any given position every two years. Lol.

    1. Vero Rossonero: He didn’t win any trophies with Liverpool at all. That’s why he left and joined City where he has won countless trophies with them. He has always played regularly at City. He’s not being relegated to the bench nor he’s a bench player.
