AC Milan’s last home game of the season against Atalanta at San Siro is at risk of being moved due to strike action, according to a report.

It was recently announced on the official website that matchday 35 will take place on Sunday 1 May 2022 at 15:00 CEST as Milan host Fiorentina at San Siro. Then, matchday 36 will be on Sunday 8 May 2022 at 20:45 CEST as the Rossoneri travel to Hellas Verona. Matchday 37 will be on Sunday 15 May 2022 at 18:00 CEST as Milan welcome Atalanta.

According to il Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), the game against La Dea is at risk of being moved becayse the traffic police have officially announced a day of strike on that day, sending information to the mayor Sala and to the prefect Saccone about their intentions.

However, the paper does not rule out that the strike could yet be cancelled, otherwise Lega Serie A could decide to reschedule the match for the Saturday or Monday.
