AC Milan have received a double boost ahead of their clash against Fiorentina on Sunday as two players returned to training with the rest of the squad.
MilanNews report that there are two bits of good news that have arrived from today’s training session at Milanello. The first is that Ismael Bennacer – who missed the Rossoneri’s win at Lazio on Sunday – worked with the rest of the team.
That means that the Algerian midfielder has shrugged off his ankle problem and will be available to Stefano Pioli for Sunday’s match against Fiorentina.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic meanwhile had been doing individual training in the last few days, but he also worked together with his teammates meaning that the Swede will be fit for the visit of La Viola, having had a decisive hand in the win over Lazio as his assist in the 92nd minute created the winning goal for Sandro Tonali.
