AC Milan appear to be focusing more on Charles De Ketelaere than Nicolo Zaniolo in their search for a new forward, a report claims.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) writes that De Ketelaere is a profile that the Rossoneri management are all fond of and all agree that he would be a wise investment for the future, given his quality but also his potential.

In the duel with Nicolò Zaniolo of Roma it is the Belgian who is the simplest player to sign, as well as more convincing, so there is a ‘good chance’ for him to really join this summer unlike the Italian who has a very high asking price.
Milan can afford two players worth between €30-50m but at the moment, the Diavolo are thinking about signing just one in that range and De Ketelaere is the first choice, but it is not excluded that a surprise name will emerge.
I support this, zaniolo may be Italian, has played in serie A before, is a current national BUT has had 2 major ACL surgeries and will likely demand a higher wage.
Lets give the CDK a chance, I believe he will come good, he may become the next Redondo/Kaka combo without the injuries.

When it comes to Zaniolo I think that whole Milan interest is fabricated by his agents and pushed thru the media to get a new higher contract with Roma . It never made sense because he doesn’t fit Milans current system. He isn’t a creative midfielder so he can’t play as a #10 , nor he can play on the left side because he isn’t a winger nor he has a work rate to do all that is necessary required of a player in that position, attacking and defending. Not to mention that since the 1 injuries he has been awful on the field

I’m embarrassed to admit that I watched Zaniolo and Roma way more than 2 games this season. He started the season at rw in Roma 4231 system, he was so bad that Roma switched to 3412 where he played as a 2nd striker and finished with 2 goals and 2 assists. You must be one of his fans that still think he is good because of 1 goal he scored 3 years ago vs Spal that reminded people of kaka.
He is overrated, overhyped overpriced and has a piss poor attitude on top of that, both On and Off the field
Yeah harisk92 Zaniolo is so good at right winger that he had 2 gols and 2 assists and 11 yellow cards and 2 red in 28 games in Serie A for the 60m roma asks for we can get CDK and Noa Lang wich both are way better then this trash called zaniolo!
